The team at Indus Discoveries is led by Yasin M. Zargar, a fellow of the Institute of Travel and Tourism London & Fellow Royal Asiatic Society.

Yasin has been awarded Cambridge Certificate of outstanding professional achievement in tourism Industry.

For over 40 years, his dedication to personalized service and quality is paramount. He has travelled extensively in India and abroad and is always on the lookout for new and innovative tourism products India, Nepal & Bhutan has to offer. He is currently researching, development of Cemetery Tourism and built heritage of India, the Silk Road connection to Ladakh & Kashmir, and development of Earth Science products for India, Nepal and Bhutan.

Anita Joglekar is Vice President for Business Development USA, for Indus Discoveries Pvt Ltd. Before her joining Indus Discoveries, Anita founded, owned and operated a travel business in USA, Fantastic Journeys that specialized in custom designed tours to worldwide destinations including the Indian subcontinent.

I am a business development and marketing professional with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. I live in Portugal, I am of Indian origin. Equipped with several language skills and having travelled around the world, my role is to help independent travellers and like minded small group travellers to enjoy the cultural, spiritual and monumental heritage of India by way of planning their dream holiday itineraries.

I was born and brought up in Agra- the world famous city of Taj Mahal, India. I am a travel professional, I have travelled across major tourist destinations in India and Nepal, I have also travelled overseas to gather an insight into tourism industry. My passion for travel led me to pursue higher education in travel and tourism. I have completed Master's in tourism Management. I have been working in India Tourism for seven years. In order to extend my knowledge and experience, I came to France and studied a Diploma in International Management from the University of Montpellier. My travel experience helped me to integrate into French culture. I am an amateur singer, I love meeting people and talking to them. I would love to showcase India, a melting pot of culture and its ancient civilisation.

I am born and brought up in a small town of Uttarakhand (foothills of Himalayas). I have always been close to nature and lucky enough to travel various hill stations and temples of India. Since my childhood I developed a deep interest and passion for Travel. I achieved a master’s degree in Tourism Management & Business Administration. I have been working in the inbound industry for 10 years. I handle inbound tours independently and remain in direct contact with overseas clients. I design special interest itineraries for small groups and individuals, utilizing my in-depth knowledge and personal industry contacts in India. Exploring new destinations is my passion and during my working tenure I have explored different parts of India including Rajasthan, Goa, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka. Cruising on the backwaters of India in the previous years was one of my favourite experiences.

After working across various sectors, I finally found my true calling in the travel industry – and it has been a pleasing five years so far. At Indus Discoveries, I take care of all the vital back-office tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of all departments. My travel escapades include some thrilling trips in North India.

Over the last 15 years, I have closely witnessed the evolution of the travel industry. I take care of all the nitty-gritty details that are imperative for a comfortable and hassle-free travel experience for our clients. My most memorable journeys are to the Pink City of Jaipur and the magnificent Ranthambore Tiger Reserve.

I am a seasoned professional hailing from the picturesque state of Uttarakhand in the Himalayas. I bring a decade of invaluable experience in the travel industry. Armed with a PG Diploma in Tourism Management, I have honed my skills working with various Inbound companies before finding my niche at Indus Discoveries.

My forte lies in crafting bespoke tours tailored to perfection across the diverse landscapes of India. My meticulous attention to detail ensures that every aspect of the journey is seamlessly orchestrated, promising a truly unforgettable experience. I am born and brought up in the medieval city of Srinagar, surrounded by Zabarwan Hills and snowy peaks. I always had the yearning for the places least explored and visited. This yearning led me to develop a keen interest in travel and made my dream come true for exploring the places where solitude and peace reside by going on treks in Kashmir Himalayas. I have visited many Alpine Lakes and peaks. Apart from being an avid trekker, I have an interest in unravelling the past. I have a Master’s Degree in Tourism Management I endeavour to promote the rich heritage and culture of Kashmir to the world.

My passion for traveling brought me to Indus Discoveries and I look forward to develop my career in tourism Industry and trun myself into an Industry Expert.

I am Ishaani from Bangalore. I have a Bachelors degree in Hotel Management and Masters in Business from Texas (USA) with a concentration in Global Marketing Management – my joining Indus Discoveries is an enriching experience since the academic journey reflects a combination of hospitality and marketing expertise. Having a passion for exploring different cultures and places and having a keen interest in traveling with the blend of educational and personal interests suggests a well-rounded dynamic career choice in the travel industry for me.

I am born and brought up in the historic city of Delhi. After schooling I completed an Aviation and Travel Management Diploma from New Delhi. I have been working in India Tourism for four years. From welcoming our clients at the airport to booking flights and accommodation to creating custom itineraries, I’m dedicated to providing outstanding service that makes our client’s vacation memorable. I am an amateur part time solo cyclist and I love to explore nature and travel to different places to explore the beauty of Incredible India. I have travelled to six Jyotirlingas (unique representations of Lord Shiva) solo on my bicycle with covering half across of India Approx 10000 KM.

Born and brought up in the village of Kashmir, he has always witnessed the boon of tourism in his land known as heaven on Earth. In the past years, he has closely witnessed the evolution of the travel industry. He joined Indus Discoveries as a ticketing executive and makes sure every client has a smooth flight. His most memorable holidays were in Udaipur, Agra, and Rajasthan giving him the best experiences of India’s royal past.

I am born and brought up in Kashmir- North India. My journey in travel industry spans over 20 years and I have travelled extensively in India and overseas countries. I am based in Oman and my passion is to showcase Kashmir and Ladakh, a thriving tourist destination with its rich cultural heritage. Both Kashmir and Ladakh offer innovative tourism products for the discerning traveller.
